App Permissions
We may request access to:
- Internet: To sync data with the cloud.
- Storage: To save receipts/invoices as PDF images.
- External Apps: To open WhatsApp for customer communication.
3. How We Store & Protect Data
We use Google Firebase (a service by Google) as our backend infrastructure. Your data is stored in Cloud Firestore, which provides industry-standard security.
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL (HTTPS).
- Authentication: Secure login via Firebase Authentication prevents unauthorized access.
- Cloud Backups: Data is backed up on Google Cloud servers to prevent loss.

Asaan Optics uses Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners to serve ads on select web pages, tools, and blog resources.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our visitors based on their visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

5. Data Retention Policy
We retain the business information and optical shop records we collect (including customer profiles, lens/frame prescriptions, sales transaction histories, and inventory logs) only for as long as your optical shop account remains active and registered with Asaan Optics.
Temporary operational device logs, diagnostic parameters, and crash analysis metrics (collected via Firebase Crashlytics) are retained for a maximum duration of 90 days for system troubleshooting, after which they are automatically anonymized or permanently purged from our storage arrays. If you explicitly request account deletion or terminate your subscription, all your core business operational data will be completely wiped from our live cloud databases within 30 days, except where preservation is strictly required to comply with local financial auditing, taxation records, or legal statutes.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated shop data at any time.
How to request deletion:
Send an email to techwinesolutions@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are business tools intended for professionals and do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
